Privacy policy

This policy covers the test.tapkeep.me website: what it collects when you visit it, join the waitlist or ask for a demo, and what we do with it. When Tapkeep opens, the service will have a privacy policy of its own.

Who we are

The site is run by [the company answerable for the site: not set yet], [a postal address: not set yet]. Write to us at hello@test.tapkeep.me about anything on this page.

When you visit

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking code.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. On the site's pages, a small script from Cloudflare measures how quickly the page loaded and reports it with the page's address, the site you came from, your country, and your browser, operating system and kind of device. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser, Cloudflare says it does not follow anyone across the websites it serves, and we see only totals, never a list of visitors. It does not run on the links in our emails, and it does not run at all if your browser asks not to be tracked (see Do Not Track, below).

Apart from that script and the check described below, the site's pages load nothing from any other company.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-lived records of the requests it serves, such as your connection's address, the page asked for and the name of your browser. We use them only to keep the site running and safe.

If you join the waitlist

We keep your email address, whether you want Tapkeep for yourself or for a team, and the details that show you agreed and confirmed. We use them to write to you when Tapkeep opens, and with news along the way.

Every detail, including how long we keep your address and how to leave, is on the waitlist's own page: How we use your email address.

If you ask for a demo

The form takes your name, work email, company, team size and anything you choose to write. We keep what you send, email it to ourselves, and use it only to reply about a demo.

To stop one internet connection sending hundreds of requests, we also keep the address of the connection a request came from, and clear it after 90 days. We keep the request itself until you ask us to delete it.

The check that a person is asking

Before the waitlist or the demo form takes what you typed, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it, not a program. The check runs in your browser and sees your connection's address and details of your browser. Cloudflare handles them under its own privacy policy.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, counts its visits, stores what the forms send and delivers our email. Our email provider holds the messages we send and receive, demo requests included. A newsletter service will deliver news to the waitlist, and the waitlist's page will name it before the first message goes out.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or give it to anyone for their own marketing. We disclose it only where the law requires us to.

These services may store and handle information in the United States and in other countries.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@test.tapkeep.me. We answer within 30 days. Every waitlist email has a link to leave.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also object to how we use your information and complain to your data protection authority. We use a waitlist address because you agreed to it, a demo request because you asked us to reply, and the count of visits because knowing how the site is used is in our legitimate interest.

Do Not Track

We do not track you over time or across other websites, and we let no advertising company onto this site. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site keeps the visit-counting script from running, so your visit is not counted.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, write to hello@test.tapkeep.me and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will also email you before it applies.

This policy was last changed on October 19, 2026.
